@jon_d_doe You are mad. So if the husband is retired and she has the capacity to train her children, she should not? Your father is not a wise man.

My immediate elder sister is almost 20 years younger than her husband. She started providing for her family when she was around 35. Their first child just entered the university. The one following just smashed Jamb and waiting for admission. My father warned her. End.

At least tomorrow, when Seyi Tinubu decides to contest for office, there will be many people across the SouthWest who can testify to the jobs & opportunities he got for them. But what can be said about @YusufMBuhari in the NorthWest during the 8years his father led this country?

2021, I gained admission to study Environmental Science at Ekiti State University.I was the only student in my department. I had no coursemate. I attended lectures alone, did assignments and projects alone. I wrote tests alone, I sat alone for exams. God held my hands from 100-400lvl. I remember writing 10 exams alone in 300 level during my SIWES period. Ten exams in one semester. I heard the word "unserious" too many times. But I didn't give up. Look at me today, I'm now a GRADUATE. What God cannot do does not exist. EKSU graduate of Bsc Environmental Science celebrates.

@xo_naxty @uc15871 I bet you don't know the meaning. How will someone who has less friends either deliberately or not want attention? From who? People he is running away from?

@kenkenlewu The whole situation would have been better understood and comprehended if we know the amount the legitimate sons are donating since obviously with that kind of envisaged tradition, the daughters cannot inherited property from their father. If they can, then it changes.

My wife has been fighting me because I refused to pay ₦500,000 to bury her father. Her family shared the bill for all the sons-in-law ₦500k each. Meanwhile, the man has five grown sons. I told my wife, “I’m sorry, but it’s not my responsibility to bury your father when his own sons are alive and well.” She reported me to her family. They called me, expecting me to comply. I told them clearly; I will give what I can, but I won’t be forced to pay a fixed amount. They got angry, called me rude, and said they don’t want my money again. Now my wife hasn’t spoken to me since. I'm the one being punished for refusing to do what her brothers should be doing.

Indian Doctors successfully performed a groundbreaking hand transplant on a painter who lost both hands in a train accident. The 12-hour surgery, hailed as a miracle, involved meticulously connecting every blood vessel, muscle, tendon, and nerve between the donor's hands and the recipient's arms. The hands were generously donated by Meena Mehta, an administrative head of a reputed school in South Delhi, who had pledged her organs after her death. Her kidneys, liver, and corneas have already transformed the lives of three people, and now her hands have given hope to the painter. Isn't this amazing?

@LegendaryJoe Not at the National level but State. A law student while still in the University of Jos took a shot at the State House of Assembly for the first time, luck on him and he was made the Speaker of the State House of Assembly. It's a sorry situation for him today

WHEN RISING TOO EARLY MAY BE A CURSE Just thinking about it now - At the dawn of this 4th republic, there were certain men, young politicians, emerging leaders that carried great promise and promised significant strides in politics. Tender palms in the grove, standing taller than their age, carrying on their shoulders the weight of tomorrow. But --- But -- that later retired into obscurity too early and their lights dimmed before it could fully blossom. While still alive, they became echoes of abandoned possibilities, faded portraits of destinies interrupted and a pale reflection of a reality that never was. And most memorable of them was former Speaker DIMEJI BANKOLE. Baba Dimeji was the model of aspirations for all young men that nursed the possibility of a life in politics. He was the most defining indicator that the young have a place in the leadership configuration of this nation. Mr. Bankole by all standards was the best it could get for any young man of that era and perhaps even now... Sabur Dimeji Bankole became Speaker of the House of Representatives at only 37 years old, even today, men will go to war to occupy that revered seat at 70. He is the youngest in Nigeria's history to occupy that office. History bent its knee before uncommon youth. But then, what happened? How does a star that rose so swiftly lose its place in the firmament before noon? Is politics like the iroko tree, where he who climbs too fast risks missing his step and breaking his neck? Is early ascension sometimes less a blessing than a beautifully wrapped burden? Which other politician do you think also fits this narrative? Good Morning Severally...
