@ShamusChang My theory is if judicial warrants were required for ICE arrests, activist judges and magistrates would deny signing the warrants to stop Trump’s deportations. Thats why it’s important to maintain administrative warrants.

Dems are trying to rewrite immigration enforcement laws by fiat and it's not gonna work. Requiring judicial warrants will take the next 10,000 years to process. Besides, SCOTUS just ruled AGAINST this practice, since administrative warrants are specifically designed for this.

CBS is reporting Democrats are still demanding any funding bill for the DHS needs to include provisions requiring ICE to not wear masks and are only allowed judicial warrants rather than administrative warrants for arrest on private property. The TSA lines will only get longer.

The Democrats DEMAND “due process” for infinity illegals but when that “due process” is applied they still complain that it’s not fair. They don’t actually want “due process.” They want infinity illegals and their entire families to stay here forever, no matter what. Worth noting that even though the judge denied the asylum claim, the family (likely with immigration lawyers paid for by us) will appeal and end up staying here anyway. This is a SCAM.

The 41-year-old Afghan immigrant was detained while preparing to take his children to school and died the next day at a Dallas hospital. His family says he was healthy and that he came to the U.S. legally under the Biden administration's Operation Allies Refuge, which welcomed tens of thousands of Afghans it evacuated from Afghanistan following the Taliban takeover.
