⚖️The #RuleofLaw means: ✅All people, institutions & governments are accountable to the law. ✅The law applies to everyone equally, no matter how powerful or powerless they are. ✅Laws must be well-known to all, independently judged, & consistent w/ intl. #HumanRights standards.
