Hi @AmazonUK can I suggest you stop letting third party companies sell through PRIME. I’ve been waiting 9 days now and they have refused a refund. Re-ordered a similar product on PRIME through a different supplier on 18th been told to expect on 25th! Awful service. Bin Evri off.

@mattletiss7 You inspired me to try a 72 hr fast a few weeks ago. Ended up doing 88 hrs. Once I shifted the headache, I felt I could fast until the end of time! Will defo try the electrolytes you mentioned, the Phizz ones I tried made my H2O taste rotten! A 72 hr fast once a month for me. 👍🏼

Starting this Sunday at 9pm, come and join me for a 48 hour water only fast. I felt amazing after my last 72 hour one and health benefits are well documented. I lost 9lb last time and have put back on 3lb but I have just been on holiday 😂 the electrolytes I use are from optimal hydration (ionic fulvic acid) but you can purchase from lots of places online if you wish to use any. @kevinmarkham 100% 🤬 This shouldn’t be a debate. Part of Golf’s great etiquette was the way in which the Course was respected. Trolleys have become the norm in a generally lazy society. Mix this with the entitled attitude of modern people & it’s a sad recipe of disrespect and disengagement.

It’s April the 2nd. So how do we feel about taking trolleys onto tee boxes. 😁 or 🤬?
