🚨PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators My channel @theironheartsz/shorts" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">youtube.com/@theironhearts… (one of the biggest relationship commentary Shorts channels) was WRONGFULLY demonetized & suspended from YPP for “reused content” — even after I submitted a irrefutable appeal video that proved the opposite. This is the exact same mistake you made with @olleshortz and thousands of other youtube creators — and they got fixed. Time for a HUMAN review. 1) On April 14th my channel got hit with a reused content claim. I immediately filmed a full appeal video clearly showing: a. How my content fits YouTube’s own “DO” categories (“Edited footage with storyline/commentary” + “thoughtful revision with added value”) b. My ENTIRE editing process with timestamps, from idea → scripting → custom voiceover → skull animations. (these are timestamps from 1:54 min all the way to 4:12 min) c. Before/after comparisons proving massive transformation 2) Just one day later I got this generic rejection: “Appeal didn’t demonstrate enough value-add editing. The editing shown didn’t substantially change the original work.” This is factually incorrect and ignores all the evidence I provided. My appeal video literally walked you through every single step. This was not a real review. All the evidence provided has been completely ignored. This is the exact pattern we’ve seen in hundreds of wrongful reused-content cases on X. 3) Just like @olleshortz, I’m now going public. I am formally requesting: → An immediate fair and full human review of my full appeal video → no copy-pasted, automated, or templated responses → A detailed, specific explanation under EU Digital Services Act Article 17 (clear statement of reasons) if the decision remains a rejection that directly addresses my evidence and timestamps → The same human reviewer or team handles the case end-to-end for continuity (no unnecessary transfers or sudden substitution with AI). → Full compliance with DSA Articles 20, 21, 14 & 15 on effective appeals and transparency My payments are processed through Ireland (EU). These laws apply. 4) @TeamYouTube — please reply here or DM me so we can fix this immediately. I have all the timestamps and evidence ready. Given the significant ongoing revenue loss from this suspension, and in line with YouTube’s own 14-day appeal response policy plus DSA Article 20(4) obligations to handle complaints in a timely manner and reverse decisions without undue delay, I'm requesting a substantive response and resolution within the next 7–14 days.
