AI made everyone a founder overnight. But how do you get FOUND? One application, one place. AdPerch's AI fits you with the VCs looking for what you're building. Percy does the legwork; you take the meetings. Less grind. More signed.

When you're heads down coding, how do you mix it up -- get fresh air, go for a jog, meditate, whatever?

@neuralunlock agreed, let's all just put our heads down together and rock it out -- both "sides" are successful -- teamwork, best of both worlds

VCs say they play for exponential outcomes but end up spending way too much time on ownership math. All that time spent on 9% versus 10% ownership could be going towards helping the founder win. You're not in the business of financial engineering. Just bet on the founder and go for it.

Would have bought the Rolex Day-Date in gold, but I needed to know a guy who knows a guy… sort through the 100+ DMs and emails y’all sent — then would have had hours of small talk before never knowing if I paid the right price. Instead, I walked into the Grand Seiko store in Ginza, was treated like a Saudi prince, and locked down my frosted cherry blossom dream watch — for much less than the price on the American website because of the duty-free and strong dollar It’s a true piece of art and inspiring craftsmanship, and I’m shocked that it gives me so much pleasure to look at. I didn’t get the watch thing, but I do now. Considering buying an old school leather GS from the 70s next

If you're a startup founder, please connect google ads, meta ads, smartlead, apollo, chatbase (if you use it), attio (or your crm) to claude/codex through cli/api (not mcp). Make each of those tools a folder inside one main repo. Start a session inside each one or in the parent repo if you want them to talk to each other. Have your agent write code so that when you ask for a "pulse" it fetches all data from all the platforms and tells you what's good, what's not and what you need to fix. BUT make sure to fully understand the data and don't say yes to every recommendation from LLMs, LLMs are still not good at considering other variables they dont see, not good at correlation/causation, and jump to conclusions too quickly. This setup is amazing for your to actually understand your business, what your customers want and what the market responds to and be able to run a big part of your gtm conversationally.

Thinking of starting a business? Have a great idea for a product or service that doesn't exist yet? Before you write a single line of code or spend a dollar on development, there's one question you need to answer: what is your minimum viable product (MVP)? Your MVP is the smallest version of your product or service that people will actually pay for. It's not your full vision. It's not every feature on your wish list. It's the answer to one question: what do you absolutely need to have, and what can wait? Getting this answer right — and getting it right early — is one of the most important things a founder can do. Read the full post here (adperch.ai/blog/mvp-befor…).

Catalyst applications close this Sunday, August 2. I'm helping with this one too. Finding a co-founder is one of the hardest parts of starting a company. I talk to thousands of founders every week, and the ones who struggle the most are trying to do it all solo. If you've been building alone, then this is for you. Outcast Ventures created Catalyst, an eight-week, in-person program in San Francisco where exceptional founders meet potential co-founders. The founders of Outcast invested in Figma, Chime, Scale AI, and Persona. They've spent years seeing what makes great founding teams work, and they would love to help more founders get started. If you're a solo founder or thinking about starting a company, comment "Catalyst", and I'll help you out with your application.
