Been saying this far a while.... what about the boards also take some responsibility! You either hired a dud or didn't support him enough
Scott Phillips@TMFScottP

How many #NRL coaches would be sacked if the board members that appointed him were obliged to resign at the same time? How many coaches would be sacked if the players were also sacked for poor performance? Thought so.

@RedVPodcast1 It’s embarrassing someone should have checked BUT we are assuming the club made the error - it most likely was classic- could have been some asshole who hates the dragons that did it on purpose.

The last 6 or so years, The Dragons have had an exodus of talent leave this club, often making us look silly as they thrive at rival clubs and find representative honours. I’d really love to see some talent coming into the club for a change.

Working with the head physiotherapist of the Australian Ballet to sort out a nasty turf toe injury is about as good as it gets from a rehab perspective. Get it might be “left field” in a rugby league sense, but it doesn’t deserve the negative connotations that term brings.

Rudolf has turned to a left-field medical specialist in an attempt to rehabilitate a troublesome toe injury that plagued his 2023 campaign 👇 foxsports.com.au/nrl/nrl-premie…

Test yourself by presenting amongst your peers. It’s been a week since presenting at @the_ASCA as a keynote Some reflections: 🧐presenting forces you to gain clarity on your principles in the topic area 🧐you’ll never include all you want to in a presentation, so be clear about the key message and align only to that 🧐 interaction and engagement in any 60min window is well received 🧐coaches either want to be made to reflect and think differently, or to go away with something tangible to try. Include either or both 🧐the biggest judge of you is yourself, so worry not

⚠️ Attention Sports Science and Medical staff - coaches are more interested in player availability & injury prevention than you think. Full house for @StelliV07’s brilliant workshop at the @footballnsw Coaching Conference

Is the Wallabies’ discipline really that poor or is the referee only looking to penalise 1 team? #AUSvARG

4% ⬆️ running economy with ISO calf training 👉Short duration: 3s ISO holds 👉Heavy - 90% MVC 👉Volume : 5 X 4 reps Interestingly, "super shoes" offer a similar economy benefit & look at how times have improved. Wonder will calf training be as popular? royalsocietypublishing.org/doi/full/10.10…

@AdRussellPhysio Yeah I’ve been going about day to day as pretty regular eg some weights, surfing and now some MAS running. Instability wise, has only given out on me doing some stand up grappling when I’ve turned a corner and stepped blind but I’ve been pretty hesitant on the feet since doing it

ACL RECON? Was surprised last week when told innocuous pop in my knee at jits ~ 6 months ago was my ACL rupturing. Since inflam settled, only issues trouble kneeling & feeling a little unstable. Prob too late for bracing protocol. What do we think? Get a recon? try & manage it?
