What is wrong with this AD Brigade and its Commander? The contents of the email received by me as given below have been cross checked and found to be correct. Supporting documentary evidence is also available....See this 👇 "Respected Col Mukul, This is to inform you about rampant corruption and harassment going on in the Bathinda AD Bde. The Cdr of the Bde is carrying out abuse of authority by carrying out misappropriation of funds and threatening COs. The treatment being given to the COs is lowering their confidence and is affecting the morale of the entire formation.  The COs are abused and threatened in front of junior officers who look at their COs as a role model. Over a period of past 14 months this Cdr has siphoned off a large amount of public funds in upkeep of his govt accommodation in Bathinda. He diverts welfare funds meant for the welfare of the troops to maintain his house in an extravagant manner. A lot of complaints against him have been forwarded by his victims to higher authorities however all have gone in vain.  His wife is totally hands in gloves with him and harasses the administrative staff at her house to fulfil her unrealistic demands. Due to continuous abuse and harassment by the lady, the troops desist going at his house. The repercussions of which are to be faced by the COs. One of the examples is that  the work which can be carried out by MES has been performed by utilising Regimental and Public funds.  Recently on 01 Apr 26, a party was thrown for all the high and mighties of  Bathinda in the name of AD Day which is actually celebrated on 10 January every year, the reason for it was to diffuse the situation of growing complaints against him and please the people up the chain. During the party, Cdr's wife had directed all the wives of the officers from the Formation to keep standing, not to have snacks and also to escort drinks to the guest ladies along with the stewards which is an unheard norm as per ethos of the armed forces. She harassed the ladies on WhatsApp groups and the same can be checked by the authorities at the appropriate level.  The entire truth will come out if the things are not brushed under the carpet as is being done by the hierarchy and a proper inquiry is ordered against the Bde Cdr.  I am keeping my identity classified since this person is very dangerous and has a lot of reach up the hierarchy and he can harm me to dangerous levels. I want this message to reach Col Mukul Dev who is the only person who can help us out in this dire scenario. Yours truly, Soldiers Needing Help" ...

Someone’s savings from decades of work is someone else’s single deal's bribe. Politicians come and go, regimes change, but the bureaucracy endures. If they no longer fear the people's representatives, then the situation is truly alarming. Remember what Martin Niemöller said about the Nazis and the indifference of ordinary people to Nazi racial policies. Ladies and gentlemen, Digvijay and Dushyant are not Abhay or Om Prakash Chautala. Haryana must be liberated from bureaucratic tyranny.
