The worlds biggest oil choke point is NOT Straits of Hormuz but the Straits of Malacca. ( see graphic : Courtesy Visual Capitalist, data from EIA, Data H1 2025) The Iranian Navy & its military controls the Hormuz , the impact of which is being felt globally today. The US wants to controls the Panama Canal, another oil choke point. The Egyptians wrested control of the Suez Canal from the Brits & now have a huge leverage in controlling the entry of oil into the Mediterranean. The Indian Navy & its military controls the entry/ exit to Straits of Malacca. Time to draw up our plans to leverage this huge global vulnerability to deter any threats to our soverignity & integrity. @adgpi @indiannavy @IAF_MCC @HQ_IDS_India @nmfindia @ANI

3. We declined US help. Completed msn successfully in 36 hrs. The IRIS Dena incident shows that in strategic partnership, US now believes it need not consult partners when using its mil forces in the region.
