type doesn’t allow changes !? Suddenly found that info though even though the last 3 operators told me I could make changes. 🤷♂️

I’m at an actual loss for words how nobody is willing to help! But yet willing to take my money.
Also my ticket is non refundable but can’t make any changes / upgrade but also can’t get a refund and start again. Literally stuck.
And now after 3 hours they’ve told me my ticket

Booked some flights with @lufthansa next month. Trying to upgrade / change my ticket - been told to speak to @AirCanada and @united as they operate the flights - both companies saying I can’t do it through them and HAVE to speak to Lufthansa. Lufthansa refusing to help, and each

Monica Dolan is surely one of our finest actors working today. I was lucky to be in a scene with her on an ITV drama in 2009 & I would just sit and watch her natural brilliance on each take she did. Understated yet powerful.
