@NavinaHeyden This is such a flawed argument, relying solely on the idea that China upholds rule of law uniformly across the country. It does not. Laws are changed, ignored, manipulated constantly to fit political and ideological agendas, often in the name of another nebulous law or security.

2/6 Forced sterilisation in any form is illegal, which I confirmed with a law professor from China. The very rarely occurred forced sterilization, committed by individual SOB operators certainly violated the rights of the pregnant hence punishable.

1/6 In China birth control is implemented through financial means, contrary to the west that birth is financially encouraged. Presuming Chinese society could successfully comply to one-child policy for decades under forced sterilization lacks common sense from all aspects.
