@katsuxbt Fak for real?? That's actually wild. 12 mill after taxes of a 100 mill contract is wild. How tf is the government in so much dept with taxes like this?!? For real, that's so messed up!

Odell Beckham Jr. reveals the real math on a $100,000,000 NFL contract: • On paper → $100,000,000 • Actually guaranteed → $60,000,000 • After taxes → $12,000,000/yr • Car, house for mom, living → $4,000,000/yr • What’s left → $8,000,000/yr • Five years. Then it’s over. Forever “Can you make that last forever?”

@BuschMVP because high fiving racial minorities automatically means you’re not racist 🤪 the old “but I have black friends!” arguement. I’m not even saying he’s racist, I’ve never heard anything about him being racist, but it’s dumb to act like this proves anything

Justin Fields: 2nd worst treachery in Chicago Sports History We all know that Bulls trading Derrick Rose was the worse But Chicago Bears pinning all the blame on Justin Fields was unforgivable Bears fans watched a team with no coach, no offensive line, and limited weapons go out and put up 30 pts a game all because of Justin Fields playmaking ability We finally gave him 1 single weapon in DJ Moore and it led to more victories and the most yards DJ Moore has ever had Chicago Bears and Ryan Poles scapegoated Justin instead of firing Eberflus because it was the easier thing to do They thought by drafting new stud QB and giving him 3 stud WRs would magically fix the lack of coaching and bad OL Poles kept Flus… fired before the season was over Poles kept the same OL.. Caleb became the most sacked QB in the league I’m just glad Caleb Williams only had to experience one year of what Justin had to go through Nobody talks about it now because Ben Johnson saved Bears from disaster But the truth was and is, that the Chicago Bears betrayed JF1 When franchises give up on their 1st rd QBs, it’s no guarantee they find another team to support them The vicious cycle that Fields is in right now is all because Ryan Poles failed to support and develop his QB

They voted in a pedophile, and still support his inclusion, on what planet are they allotted judgement on morals?
Cliff@realnyteams

@gehrig38 Does it bother you that Andruw Jones (pled guilty to domestic violence) not only got into the HoF, but he is now broadcasting for NBC? Yet you were shunned from the HoF & broadcasting for calling out fraud media? Apparently that’s worse than domestic violence

@heyitslilylane @MarmotRespecter I don’t think there was any urgent need for attention. At least not so much that they couldn’t wait 20 seconds to see if Norway could take advantage of the open goal

@MarmotRespecter the rule states that if two players from the same team collide and need urgent attention play must stop. high iq players use this loop hole perfectly to control the pace which is exactly how they handle things in private too

This is a joke. It's really impossible to be a Pirates fan. Ben Cherington is the worst GM in modern mlb history. This guy Brandon Eisert the reliever Cherington traded for has a 5.93 ERA this season for the White Sox smh. I mean, you can't make this up. F'n terrible.
Jeff Passan@JeffPassan

Trade news: The Pittsburgh Pirates are acquiring infielder Jacob Gonzalez and left-handed reliever Brandon Eisert from the Chicago White Sox for the 34th pick in tomorrow's draft and left-handed reliever Jaden Woods, sources tell ESPN. Deal is done.

Visited Chicago for a few days and had a great time. Was hoping to write a tweet about how safe it is and how its reputation is undeserved. Then on the walk home on the final night, River North area from Mom’s Place around 2:30am, a black guy rapidly approached my friend and I asking about subway directions. I figured something was up since I assume the subway doesn’t run at that hour. As we walked faster, we saw two other guys at the corner staring at us, probably accomplices. “Be prepared to run,” my friend said. We must have walked faster enough, or maybe we misread the situation, but I won’t go around saying “Chicago is so safe!” Rather, be vigilant and you’ll have a good time. Still love the city.

Imagine an entitled brat in MLB in 2026 trying to turn down a free trip to first because he would rather take the dork on the mound deep. America used to be tough before Obama’s anti-bullying campaign ruined everything.

@HashTagWhiteSox Not sure why Vahn Lackey is considered a distant third. He’s an extremely athletic, quick twitch catcher with a cannon and big time power. Those kind of guys don’t come around very often.

For the draft, I’d personally like the #WhiteSox to draft Roch Cholowsky, but if the scouting personnel believes Grady Emerson is the better option, I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. I’ll never be upset about drafting a SS. Vahn Lackey on the other hand……

@ChiSoxFanMike The ceiling for a late first round draft pick is much higher than Jacob Gonzalez’s ceiling. Having the first, 34th, and 41st pick gives us an enormous chance of coming away with multiple future star players

I’ll be honest, I don’t really understand this. Why would you draft Jacob Gonzalez 15th overall, spend several years developing him, and see him show signs of improvement only to trade him for the 34th pick? I just don’t get it.

@Checc0T @da5705 The US is also a rich country. It’s no coincidence that 4 of the last 5 world cups were won by wealthy European countries. Every country has talented athletes but you need resources to build a dynasty. I’m not saying America would win World Cups but we’d be much more competitive

Usain Bolt is 6'5'' tall, built like a brick shithouse, the fastest human to ever live and has an argument to be the greatest athlete in the history of mankind. He's tried playing football professionally, in a relatively mediocre league, and was shit.

Every four years we take the best 11 athletes in every other country and put them up against the 4000th best athletes in America, and see if we can win. It's a crazy exercise.

@Checc0T @da5705 It’s not just a population argument. USA is elite at every team sport that is popular here. Baseball, basketball, hockey, all of those are sports where we have a shot to be the best in the world in any given year. China isn’t good at any of the team sports that are popular there
