@Volke__ @RohanBhardxxxx Yeah thousands and thousands of sororities have been flown and the system failed over and over and over again thousands of times and it finally got lucky and nicked an aircraft. Yeah, it’s hilarious. Hilarious for the Iranian junk.

@AgroNationalism It's probably reasonable to get the answer prior to dropping over $100m on this project, don't you think?

To be clear the wildlife bridge is a good idea. It's a no-brainer money saver. Either pay for the bridge or externalize the cost onto a bunch of different people's cars and lives over time. That's not to mention the loss of the animals lives. Don't let rampant corruption and weaponized incompetentence trick you into thinking good ideas are bad.

EXCLUSIVE: Gavin Newsom promised to build a bridge for cougars and butterflies in the middle of Los Angeles. The project has turned into another boondoggle, with broken deadlines and costs exploding to $114 million. This is Newsom's bridge to nowhere. city-journal.org/article/califo…

@leykr @DaleVince It's not making energy cheaper for the end user because the price of renewables is pegged to the price of gas, with the energy companies eating all the profit.

It’s quite easy no? It is clear that wind and sun is not making energy cheaper as the salestalk is indicating. The proof is in the eating of the pudding and the taste is clearly not better. That is the reason why industry is leaving. You can tell what you want but the facts are indicating the opposite.

Ratcliffe is incoherent - all of the oil and gas we produce here in Britain is sold at the global market price. No amount of oil produced here can in that case save us a single penny. Importing fossil fuels does not mean we pay more. Drilling in the north sea will take years to deliver globally priced fossil fuels and Rosebank will cost nearly £3 Bn in tax payer subsidies to it’s Norwegian owners - and….none of the oil will land here in Britain. So what sense is Ratcliffe making here, other than to shareholders in Rosebank and other oil companies. This is another fossil fuel crisis and we can’t solve it or help ourselves at all - by pouring more oil onto it. telegraph.co.uk/business/2026/…

@zhao_dashuai Or maybe the reason China looks dim is because the real photos don't make it past the Great Firewall/propaganda filters. Domestic apps are flooded, but only the curated dreamland stuff leaks out.

You wouldn't repeatedly describe the vivid nature in which Charlie Kirk died if you didn't know for a fact that it was excruciating for his family to hear in such detail. What kind of person are you to repeatedly verbally re-traumatize this family and think you have the moral high ground? You don't care about honesty, and you clearly have no shame, so what could be your motivation here?

@xorgol @protectheflames Tbf, that's mostly because the teachers make an effort to hold back anyone that they think wouldn't pass. I think the most stressful part for students is that, at that point, the last time you did a big final exam that you couldn't make up for was 5 years ago.

@Darthmirror @mypalfootfoot7 The vape shop epidemic comes from all the goddamn vapes people buy. If the british public was buying novels, the place would be a bookstore. Also, the last big fire in Glasgow was less than 3 months ago, it's telling nobody gives a fuck unless they can blame immigrants.

@mypalfootfoot7 It has substance. The vape shop epidemic comes from immigrants. They make them and they distribute them through government/Council subsidised grants that help create a business ie shop.

@JRUrbaneNetwork Japan's geography and, more importantly, culture allow this to work. America (and why I am in Australia) are geographically and culturally unsuited to this form of mass transit.

@itzacoatl @americakaran There's no single answer because, like most things, there's plenty of valid ways to go about it. Multicultural/faith societies have been the norm in many places of the world for most of history, especially within historic empires.

@markfrancisio @greggislocallfc Better train wifi, waiting for the train to reach somewhere that has service and a railcard system that works without the internet (or, even better, not making you have to pay £30 to get reasonaby priced train tickets) just aren't options, I guess

@greggislocallfc How do you suggest it works then? They take everyones word for it? I guess we could fine people, and if they can, then email within 7 days proof of having a valid railcard at the time, the fine is binned?

@jruddy99 You could start by immediately removing all those who arrived here illegally. Then impose a minimum two year tax contribution before being allowed to claim any benefits. Also look at the civil service and Mp’s pensions schemes. These seem excessively generous.

@Roundisch @uncreativetom @PlugLyfOfficial No, most are too high, if anything. It's basic physics and basic biology. The faster you're driving, the less time you have to react, the more time and distance you need to stop and the higher the risk of injury and death for all involved.

@uncreativetom @PlugLyfOfficial Do you really think that speed limits are always correctly set? Do you believe that driving 10mph above speed limit is going to notably increase the risk of collisions? If your answer to any of the questions is no, then you have a reason to responsibly brake the law

@jirachytft @JennaFights4You The risk is the same every time. Yes, if you engage in risky behaviour long term, you're more likely to eventually get burned, but the risk is always there and there's always a chance (however small) of getting an infection.

I made intravenous medication for almost a decade, and I can 100% say this is terrible advice. When I made IV medication, I worked in ISO 5 air. Room air is ISO 9. ISO 9 contains over 30 times as many air particles as ISO 5. The purpose of using an alcohol wipe is to clean the surface and remove air particles, thereby disinfecting it. It's called aseptic technique for a reason. Unless you enjoy sepsis, please do not do this.
yr good friend gracie@clothingweapon

stop using an alcohol wipe and a bandage when you do yr injection. it's unnecessary and wasteful—over yr lifetime, it adds up to a meaningful amount of waste
