@firstclasslax_ @imdunntweeting Matt Dunn is the prototype defender. With that said, when using the V hold, I suggest the bottom hand should be anchored on the hip and the top forearm should be away from the body and form a 90 degree angle with the crosse. Minimal movement and bodily discipline.
