@AdamMV2 @NTFAQGuy @Azure Adam, I don't know of any good ARM books that cover all those topics. Cc..@bmoore_msft if he has seen any. In large orgs. we see DevOps Eng write them and in SMBs its usually the Devs. Feel free to DM me if you want to chat more on common patterns we see with our customers.

I look for a book which fully describe the process of deploying ARM templates - IaC (including who and when supposed to write them - devs or devops, information flow between teams and branching strategy). It supposed to be about Azure stack. Anyone know some? @NTFAQGuy, @Azure

@AzureSupport Yes, like a full flow, not just how to deploy Logic Apps by it's own. But how and when to deploy related resources which LA connects to e.g. Service Bus or TableStorage.
