The difference between the two is that Joel Kellett is natural and looks amazing. Its subjective, but if you're a serious lifter, you understand just how rare it is for someone to have this combination of genetics and work ethic. Makes you appreciate it more. He's also also one of the better representations of how modern training quality and nutrition have impacted natural bodybuilding

OTD in 2000: Alaska Airlines Flight 261, an MD-83, crashes off California (US) all 88 aboard die. Crew reported control issues before jet dived into the sea. Investigation revealed horizontal stabilizer failed due to airline´s improper maintenance, which was approved by the FAA.

@theficouple You'd be surprised at the lack of things to do. In the winter you can ski (if you're close to a skiable mtn) and hike in the summer, but besides that its really boring. This is coming from someone who spends a lot of time in upstate ny

As an experiment in December-I added 150-200gm a day of carbohydrates to my carnivore diet, primarily from whole unprocessed foods such as fruit
Results-I gained 10 lbs, my athletic performance did not improve at all, I started snoring and I developed mild proximal biceps tendinitis and some GERD
Went back to carnivore and already feeling much better
At nearly 60, I do better without carbs!

I feel like Vietnam (da nang specifically) could be a good option. Affordable, relatively healthy cuisine (esp in bodybuilding context), friendly locals, a lot of new expats/entrepreners, but not enough to where to changes the charm of the environment. Main downsides imo would be the excessive heat, monsoon season, and maybe feeling isolated
