@TUIUK can you tell me how I can pre-book an aisle seat for my long legs and have my partner sit next to me on the flight? When I try, your app quickly tells me I must not leave a single window seat as it prevents others from sitting together. 🤷♂️
@Vitality_UK I’m not entirely sure what is going on with your points system. Second time I’ve noticed a blatant error.. last week I missed out on 3 points as you incorrectly said a 158bpm 38 min work out was only 5 points.. our premiums and perks rely on data integrity….
@virginmedia I’ve had an intermittent connection issue at my house for months. I keep getting fobbed off with 24 hour tests that reveal nothing and yet your own tools says there is a problem.. the internet is going up and down all day.. my neighbour has packet loss too.. help!!!
@SercoGroup you decided to do an open day at the @Basingstoke Aquadrome, why is this be to the detriment of paying members? You have trimmed down the attendees on classes on 11th, lots of us cannot book to use the service we are paying for. Lay on extra classes! #screwedover

@Vitality_UK I’ve DM’d you on WhatsApp … the Nero Voucher system seems to be broken. I achieved the required points yesterday and got a notification but the voucher never appeared in my app. I’ve deleted and re-installed both and rebooted phone 🤷🏻♂️
@British_Airways But even the cabin crew agree that it’s bonkers for the exit rows to board last when it’s mandatory for all items to be in the over head lockers, you are architecting a problem.
@AdamRCousin Hi Adam, boarding groups 4-9 are for passengers travelling in Euro or World Traveller. These are based on row numbers and not specific to exit row seats, as the exit rows vary on different aircraft. Natalie M
