most ppl mistake experience for growth, but aging often just tends to fossilize worldviews. most ppl tend to double down. so when you meet someone fairly aged who is capable of updating their priors that’s basically equivalent to a relatively rare gem. hold on to them.

@andrewcoye My desire to be a SIRI sub is purely a function of price. I like the service but don't need it. $10/month feels about right (currently in middle of a $5/mo promo for 12 mos). ARPU prob has to continue to slowly come down. Want to like the shares, but feels like slow death here.

Any $SIRI SiriusXM listeners still holding on? The ending of the June 2025 Fortune article on CEO Jennifer Witz has me scratching my head. Is she trolling us:? "[The kitchen or living room] is a natural extension of the car." Or is she implying that SiriusXM will somehow be distributed in the home through TV? That would seem to require content distribution on Netflix $NFLX or YouTube $GOOG. Having been siriusly disappointed so many times, I'm probably reading too much into this. Thoughts?
