It's interesting that if these slides didn't have the date on them, they could be from any point in time the last 3 years. The questions haven't really changed, there's just $100B more in ARR.

Love how he is dismissive of the end to end autonomous travel booking since that literally is the example everyone uses, but I think the larger point is high consideration vs low consideration and inspiration/discovery vs I know what I want just go get it for me.

@modestproposal1 I mean airline lack of profitability is exactly the same as memory chips. Marginal costs close to zero so last seat trades at 0. When demand is 10x supply pricing power is great. If demand is .8x supply every seat goes to zero
