@Adam_Dempsey I assume you meant #bannuclearweapons But banning means nothing if individual (and all) countries agree, which I am sure they would not. North Korea, China, Israel, and Russia come to mind, though there are probably others that would not give them up either.

If Russia’s revised #nuclear doctrine is to be dismissed as “meh”, how does that devalue other nations’ nuclear arsenals and inherent threat of use? Deterrence theory is mere theory. It’s worked only so far, and only via sheer luck. #NuclearBan #TPNW
