Tests come to either destroy us or make us stronger. After dealing with a hamstring issue that sidelined my 100m and 200m this weekend, I couldn't let my 4x100m relay team down, I HAD to fight! With God's help, Dr. Lott, and my prayer warriors I could. Friday was the test.....

Friday was the test, but Saturday was the testimony! Thanks to all who prayed for me to come from behind mentally, emotionally, and physically. We started this together and I was determined to finish this journey with my brothers. @MPCAthletics @DevXcelerate @TagilliAKAdams
