🚨ICE agents are being allowed to violate the constitution… and now, we’re seeing even more of that same energy with police. In North Riverside, Illinois, an off-duty police lieutenant pulled a gun on a teenager, dragged her out of her car, and arrested her… without identifying himself… all while he was outside his jurisdiction. She thought she was being kidnapped… because a man cut her off, jumped out with a gun, and started screaming orders. He claimed it was a hit-and-run. It wasn’t... And when local officers showed up, they cleared her and let her go. So, what actually happened… An off-duty cop, from another town, with no clear authority to act there, pulled a gun on a teenager and detained her over something that didn’t happen. That’s a Fourth Amendment violation… no reasonable suspicion, no probable cause, just force. And pointing a gun is a serious use of force that requires clear justification. Without it, the entire stop becomes unconstitutional. Then, there’s the jurisdiction issue… police power isn’t unlimited. Outside his department’s area, his authority is extremely limited, often no more than a private citizen, unless there’s an actual crime happening in front of him. There wasn’t. And he never even identified himself… which is how you end up with a teenager thinking she’s being abducted instead of lawfully detained. And to be clear… racial profiling isn’t new. Police have been doing this for decades. But, when the federal government starts pushing the boundaries of the Constitution, it sets the tone. ICE has already been “expanding its authority”, with broader arrests, aggressive street stops, and even entering homes without a judicial warrant… That mindset spreads. So now, it’s not just profiling… it’s profiling with more power, more aggression, and less accountability.

Knowing where they all came from should tell us all we need to know about them! 🤬

Turns out hosting the World Cup in a country where people are detained at airports for criticizing trump, people kidnapped off the streets by federal agents, where ICE agents murder people in the streets and where the Pope doesn't even want to visit, was a bad idea.

Hats off to the people of Tennessee for standing up for democracy. Today, they showed up and spoke against their state’s initiative to redraw voting maps. ✊🏽

Putin's panic is growing by the hour. He needs his parade. Moscow is in complete chaos: the internet is down, airports are paralyzed, and there are problems with payments.
