I have no idea who shibari news is, or shibari academy, nor do any of the other people featured on their site (there’s a group wtf chat ongoing). They did not ask anyone for permission and have not responded to requests to take info down. Basically they are trolling for profit.

@drdredel @rycariad @hiimargo I will suggest, then, that you are not actually progressive (though you apparently ‘identify as’ such). Pro tip: if your response is “I’m progressive and you can’t tell me I’m not” then that same argument applies to other people and their identities too.

@rycariad @hiimargo It's not a "fight" of any kind and I don't identify "as a" anything other than as a person who thinks that "as a"-fying society is hugely destructive. The notion that you think it's a fight means something has gone terribly awry. And I say all this with zero malice.

When people verbally abuse healthcare workers because of delays caused by understaffing those healthcare workers quit and the understaffing gets worse. A third of BC nurses are considering quitting in the coming year. I’ve got my escape plan too.
