Accidentally whiled 4 hours away in the middle of the urban heartland of Leeds down on the farm. Listening to Adele Rae the chief exec here is really inspiring, as she totally nails sustainable practice, community development and organic place making.

@LeedsCC_News @JamesLewisLab What a lot of waffle! Leeds has thrown money around for years on useless projects, appalling eyesores - otherwise known as works of art and endless pointless committees. The whole city is looking messy and uncared-for. If Leeds had spent wisely we would not be in this position.

The Conservatives have forced Leeds into a perilous position. Our city’s budget has been cut by £2.5 BILLION since the Tories came to power in 2010. Now, thanks to the Conservatives, the cost of energy and resources has gone through the roof. Labour will clean up this mess.

Interesting to hear some of the issues facing Bramley and Stanningley Forum this evening. Well attended meeting with Kevin Ritchie Caroline Gruen and chaired by Councillor Tom Hinchcliffe. Reports from Housing, Highways, Neighbourhood Watch, PCSO and Yorkshire Water

It was great to chair Bramley Forum this evening. Thank you to everyone who came. We had important discussions on antisocial behaviour, crime prevention, road safety and the cost of living crisis. Next meeting is Thursday 25th January.
