Vehicle service was done at an authorized Tata Motors service centre and ₹11,059 was charged, but the service entry is not showing in the official online system.

How is this acceptable after paying full price for an AC? Either clearly mention every mandatory charge before purchase or stop misleading customers with “installation included” claims.
