Customers are being given manual/fake bills while records are missing from the actual database. When checked at another location, the work history was not visible at all. Because of this, warranty claims get affected and customers are forced to pay from their own pockets

Then who is responsible? What kind of system is this? On top of that, customers are forced to pay hidden installation charges, drilling charges, and buy only company accessories or else warranty pressure starts. This feels completely misleading after purchase.
