@MEIIRZHANK14314 @temirlanabdir @liron Israel isn't taking territory. Israel is defending itself. Tell your friends at Hezbollah to stop shooting rockets. If they stop Israel wouldn't need to fight them.

@KrisPatel99 Look at Trump interviews about Iran since the 1970s. It is easy to just blame the Jews for everything.

At this point it should be abundantly clear that the US was forced into this conflict by Israel. While the US and Iran were negotiating, Israel was ready to take unilateral action as they did not trust the Iranians to live up to any agreement they might have made with the US. They were able to convince people close to Trump that this could be resolved quickly and that the US involvement would be minor. This is why the US was not ready for the current escalation that we are seeing today. Israel understands that agreements on pieces of paper can be violated but a Nuclear Iran would result in Israel living in constant fear. This was unacceptable to them. They are way more exposed to the risk of a Nuclear Iran than the US is and did what they believed would be best for their people and their security. What Israel and the US did not count on was Iranian willingness to escalate this into a full blown MAD, Mutually Assured Destruction, scenario. Now we're left with 2 choices. Option #1... Leave and also certainly bolster the remnants legitimacy and give them a proven framework on how to apply leverage on the US, Israel and the GCC. Everyone would see this as a defeat of the US and its ability to defend its allies. Option #2... Ground war.

And we're only two weeks into this.  If this war continues for weeks or months, then Israel could just be destroyed… And then you have to worry about Israel escalating the war by contemplating using a nuclear weapon, which would truly be catastrophic"

Don’t ever vote for a politician who votes with Israel. Who votes to send our money - desperately needed money here - to Israel, who takes money from the Israeli lobby or who votes for their wars. Vote Out All the Incumbents. Wipe out 20% of Congress and get our government back!

Folks, this is not speculation anymore. This is real. Trump is quite literally telling the Iranian people that this is likely the only chance they will have in generations to try to get freedom. He is acknowledging the casualties that will take place, he's telling the Iranian Military to surrender and he's thanking the American soldiers that are about to risk their lives. "For many years you have asked for America's help. You never got it. No President was willing to do what I am doing tonight." This is it. It's happening. The real question is how these attacks are going to happen...at what point do they stop...how boots on the ground get sent...if other major powers step up to help Iran...how serious is Iran about defending themselves or do high-ranking officials just leave the country... If 90M Iranians actually come together to overthrow their government because of this, it could have massive consequences. If Iran fights back and gets help to fight back and this operation goes nowhere, America will once again be seen as a country that tried to invade with nothing to show for it. I have no idea how the stock market will react. Probably red. The extent of this war in the short term will determine if the market stays red. But this just got very, very real. If we are going for regime change, if we are putting boots on the ground, this may not be over anytime soon.

PRESIDENT TRUMP RELEASES A STATEMENT: "We want regime change in Iran. Bombs will be dropping everywhere. The Iranian people should try to take over your government. We tried to make a deal, but Iran refused. We cannot take it anymore."

@alc2022 Honestly this warrant genius idea gives $AMD a shot to overtake $NVDA. We now get help from $META the best software company who wrote Pytorch! The dilution is peanuts.

The $100B deal wirth Zuck shows you one thing: $AMD can personalise compute at scale and a marginal cost. This positions $AMD to become the number 1 AI chip company in the next 5 years, overtaking $NVDA.

@OmerCheeema It is very hard to fight the Cuda moat propaganda. This genius warrant deal gives $AMD software help from the creators of Pytorch. I think the dilution is very cheap compared to the potential software improvement plus the credibility .

Comparison of AMD and NVDA deals with Meta and OpenAI. OpenAI deals with AMD and Nvidia: AMD will sell GPUs for 6MW deployment while NVDA will sell systems worth 10GW. AMD gives up 10% equity (equal to $30B+ at today's price) while NVDA will invest in OpenAI ($30B to $100B). Lesser details available on NVDA deal. Meta deals with AMD and Nvidia: AMD gives up 10% equity for 6MW of GPU. NVDA didn't give up any equity. Again, details of NVDA deal are unclear . Overall, AMD is buying market share. I wish AMD was winning business based on product performance and not on complex financial setups.

AMD basically handed Meta 160M shares almost 10% of the company to “secure” a $100B+ chip deal. Bulls are screaming about revenue. The filing confirms 160M shares at $0.01. First chunk vests at 1GW shipped. Final chunk only if AMD hits $600. Everything in between is fuzzy. So assume five equal tranches stepping from ~$200 to $600. Here’s the catch: each tranche needs BOTH conditions. Ship the GW and hit the stock price. Miss one, no vest. If all five trigger, dilution is roughly $70B at those price levels. AMD Lisa Su talks “significant double digit billions per GW.” At 6GW, call it $100–120B revenue. At ~50% GPU margin, maybe $50–60B gross profit. So headline math: $50–60B profit vs ~$70B equity transfer. Positive side: holders only get full dilution if AMD first triples to $600. That implies roughly a trillion dollar company. Shareholders would gain hundreds of billions before Meta collects the final share. The “$70B cost” only exists in a world where AMD massively wins first. More realistic: partial vesting. Maybe 2–3GW shipped, stock at $300–440. Then dilution is closer to ~$35B. Profit $30–60B. The real risk? AMD ships volume but the stock doesn’t rerate.
