@acefreezies @ArtistNcs I like it when companies are transparent about having bad practices so I can avoid companies with bad practices. Them openly supporting said bad practices kinda gives off the impression that they are going to keep doing it. Ai usage in the creation of art at any point sucks.

@ArtistNcs I do not understand this backwards logic where we punish Larian for being transparent. Do you think using AI is rare in the industry? They're one of the few studios being open about their limited use of AI and people are acting like they're generating the whole game on ChatGPT

I think the game Party Animals showed a perfect example that if your company tries to do anything with generative ai you will immediately tank your entire community and lose any respect for what you built or continue. (Take notes project managers)
