@Adimark_42 There is a mission in GTA 4 where you work for Faustian and you are tasked to kill his daughter’s boyfriend. You can kill him during the bike chase but if you dont the game takes you to a park with a full enemy encounter. RDR 2 wouldve failed you 10 times if you did this before

I love RDR2, I even 100% it for the record.
But none of these small details from accurately hammering nails and chopping wood to shrinking horse balls improved the experience in anyway for me.
I kinda juat noticed them once, went "huh, neat" then moved on with the game lol

This isn't even a hot take at all, it's literally canon Valyrian history. Back in the Freehold, the Targaryens were minor, bottom tier nobility who only survived the Doom because Daenys the Dreamer had a vision and they fled.
Once you strip away the dragons, their power base in Westeros is completely pathetic. Dragonstone is just a cold, rocky island with no massive armies or wealth. They don't have Lannister gold, Tyrell crops, or Stark territory, without their dragons, the major lords would have laughed them off the throne.
