@SejSolanki @airindiain I am running into the same issue. They put me on hold for half an hour to drop my call. Seems like they still hold on to their bad reputation. No option to make changes online and extremely poor customer service. Last time flying with them.

@airindiain hello, i am calling your call center for reschedule my ticket and constantly being transferred to ticket where nobody attend call even after an hour or two also i been promised to get call back but nothing. completely ridiculous service

@airindiain I am unable to reschedule my Air India flight reservation. After staying on hold for several minutes, the call gets dropped. There is no option to reschedule flights online !

@AskPlayStation You guys denied the refund of the games which I bought 5 days back and never downloaded or streamed! Your chat support made false accusations about me downloading the games just to deny refund. What a shameful practice!! Not buying anything digital anymore!

@WonderlandNews We bought 2020 passes but since the park was close we couldn't use them. This year, we recently moved to Vancouver so wont be able use them anymore. I would like a refund. But I am not getting any response on the email to guest services.

Since the park was closed during 2020, we deserve a refund . Please respond to emails. Don't make our life difficult.

@WonderlandNews Great to know- that was not communicated well on the website- I wasted time looking for info and calling (can’t get an agent). The email sent to my wife about reservations also said nothing. It would help to create an FAQ or something for your website.
