Mad how some ‘Liverpool’ fans can’t comprehend how one of our best ever footballers who was handsomely rewarded (rightfully so) for winning us the title shouldn’t speak out against the club in his last week with us. It’s not what you should do, no matter who you are. As much as he’s right in what he says, a bit of self awareness in how much his own on-pitch level has dropped this season would’ve given his statement some balance at least. Apparently you hate Salah if you think this. I think this AND still love Salah for what he’s done for the club. Isn’t that mind bending? I repeat, no one is bigger than the club. It’s more easy than ever to see who supports LFC and who supports Salah FC. Hope he gets the best send off possible on Sunday. After that we can all prepare for life post Mo.

Some people just hate the fact Mo Salah doesn’t just fall in line and give media trained answers, his attitude and will to win made him the great player he is, he has the highest standards of himself and the football club, if he’s speaking maybe people should listen instead of criticising him, he has nothing to gain from saying what he said, he knows he’ll get backlash, he could just get his big farewell and leave a legend but the future of the club is more important to him than that, maybe if the manager had those standards we wouldn’t have lost 20 games this season.

Why don’t you try to engage in a proper manner for once? ‘Imagine thinking you know more than the manager’ is the only thing you say. It’s boring. The people that watch BNR will tell you I’ve sympathised with Slot all year for a lack of profiles but his OOP principles have been sub-optimal for a long time.
