2 years and minus 100 pounds later and I honestly can't believe the results I've had so far I never really noticed anything drastic because i see myself everyday but holy shit I wish someone made fun of me for being a fat fuck 2 years ago because i legit thought i was in shape when I was looking like that God damn, this really put things into perspective and I know im not done yet but I can finally see the results (330 pounds -> 232 pounds 6'6)

Started November at 240.8 ended november at 232.7 8 pounds lost this month NGL can't really tell the difference but I know im heading in the right direction Ill Take another update photo at the end of December. If you see this, keep up your fitness journey, it's slow but its worth it and taking care of your health is important.
