What started as something small has grown beyond my expectations. A few months ago, I decided to build a space where performance marketers can find solace, a safe space where no matter how crazy the challenge was, someone had been there done that. You see, I am in many marketing communities and realized we needed niche spaces where specialists would be attended to. You can’t come in here and talk about content marketing or any other marketing because that’s extremely out of place and we don’t do that here. In less than 6 months what I thought would be a private group of 20 people has become 500+. We’re growing soooo fast. We’ve had many group calls, one space, one physical event, and one upcoming space tomorrow. People legit enter my DMs to pray for me. They tell me how this group made them keep their jobs, get promoted, and many other stories that keep me grateful and grounded every single time. This is just the beginning of a lot of amazing things to come out of this community. Watch this space. Special shout out to @themediagirlll and Ijayy for being amazing community managers and always holding the fort in my sometimes weeks of absence. If you are an advertising professional or performance marketer, don’t work in silos. Come join us.

These are the people I call my people. I’ve really enjoyed every bit of what we’re doing, and I’m glad I’ve been able hold it down for months now. Anyways, we have another town hall meeting tomorrow, please don’t miss it ooo 🤲 And our speaker… ouchhhh, one man full of depth in this industry.
