MOTS-c is the shit
The further I get into my research the better it gets & the more I like it
I’ve always done cardio. It just has to be done. Never really enjoyed it
But the last few weeks I’ve actually been enjoying it
I’ve been doing an hour of cardio a day and could easily do more
The boost in performance and endurance is ridiculous
I feel great
I beat the shit out of myself today between training legs and cardio and I’m already looking forward to training chest tomorrow. I’d go back and do it now if I didn’t have a million other things to do
Between the boost in performance and the boost in all day smooth energy there’s no reason in my opinion not to do a little research and reading about this compound if you aren’t already in my opinion

@AdvancedForged @BowTiedYukon Thanks I'm 165 lbs and I can do 80s seven times but I don't know if that's good or not. Always wondered if I could do 225, I think I can but I've never benched with a barbell, been lifting four years now. Always dumbbell bench press at home or my hoist machine
English

First up on I can’t bench 225 BJ!

I’m often asked about the pegboard scene in VISION QUEST. That was all me. No stunt doubles or safety measures. I trained for a long time and had to climb it several times to get all the angles. The “trick” is not to over extend, so you’d be pulling up your entire body weight. You have to keep it compact. Arms and elbows tight. 💪🏽

America’s “Favor” That Powers Its Empire
U.S. troops in Germany are not there out of charity—and certainly not to “protect” Germans. They are there because without German soil, American global reach doesn’t function.
Ramstein is the largest U.S. air base outside America. Stuttgart hosts EUCOM and AFRICOM—the command centers for operations across Europe and Africa. Landstuhl has been the lifeline for wounded U.S. soldiers from Iraq to Afghanistan. Even drone operations in places like Somalia rely on infrastructure routed through Germany.
Remove that, and you don’t weaken Berlin—you blind Washington.
Yet somehow the narrative persists: America is doing Germany a favour. That Europe is the dependent, the beneficiary, the so-called “freeloader.”
It’s a convenient story. It’s also strategically backwards.
Because the reality is simple: those bases are not acts of generosity. They are instruments of power. And they exist in Germany not for Germany’s benefit—but for America’s ability to operate far beyond its own borders.
Take them away, and the question isn’t what Germany loses.
It’s how much the United States does.

@trinity2pointO @Fidgetz93 People trying to get attention
Post a sterility test and block out the information so you can verify with lab
Positive for an endotoxin (different than fails standard range)
On and on.
English

@AdvancedForged @Fidgetz93 I’m guessing this trend is probably here to stay unfortunately. But it certainly doesn’t deserve the attention it’s getting.
