One of our clients just got a 1 of 10 using TubeAI. @AdventureCrews hit 57,800 views in 3 days on a rattlesnake video. This is one example of many. If you want similar results, DM me "TUBEAI".

@TubeAIYT As a couple channel, does "We" work the same as the plural form of first person? "I" feels weird to say when there's 2 of us.

Titles written in 1st person get +112% more views. "I" and "My" outperform everything else. ❌ How to make money online ✅ How I make $10k/month online ❌ The best morning routine ✅ My morning routine that changed everything ❌ Why most YouTubers fail ✅ Why I failed on YouTube for 2 years Most creators write in 3rd person. Dont.

@MarioJoos shameless plug but TubeAI has a video analysis tool that breaks down your retention for any video and tells you exactly why it dropped or spiked. we built it because this info barely exists anywhere else

One of the most important factors to focus on if you want to succeed in making long-form YouTube content is YouTube retention. Unfortunately, when you look into YouTube retention, you can find that there is actually very little information about what affects YouTube retention. Because of that, I wanted to make a fun graphic showcasing the different elements that affect YouTube retention. We could easily take the overall iceberg concept and talk about the three different stages of information that people are thinking about. First are the very obvious elements. Things such as your intro, who uploads the content, the script, the format or structure of the video, the novelty, and the actual choice of information given in the video are obviously going to affect retention. This is because these elements directly touch on the interest of the viewer. This is something you’ll often hear people talk about when it comes to retention. But there’s so much nuance to it that if we only focus on these things, we’re often going to get lost in what actually matters to viewers. That’s where we move into the less obvious factors, factors that aren’t obvious at all. When we dive deeper into the less obvious categories that affect audience retention, we often think about pacing preferences. Different types of audiences prefer different pacing. We can also think about storytelling, but more specifically, the type of storytelling being used. Are we telling the story to convey information? Are we telling the story through visuals? Or are we attempting to be a fancy narrator? All of those choices matter. Even audio quality matters a lot, and it’s not often addressed. I’ve seen multiple videos fail because the music was too loud, the music was too chaotic, or the sound came through distorted. The deeper we go, the more we understand that even multiple plot lines can affect pacing. The choice of music can help viewers understand when something is coming, and viewers really like to have that sense of control. The transition length between two segments also has a significant impact on how retention performs. There are many factors that are less obvious, but my message here is that you want to focus on every little detail, not just what people always talk about. So let’s talk about some of the least obvious elements. When we think about retention, creators often forget to remind the viewer what’s at stake. That matters, because otherwise viewers lose track of why they’re supposed to feel scared for the characters. It’s also very easy for viewers to get bored when visuals are too similar to each other. If the entire video takes place in one location, boredom is more likely than when we move between different locations. Lastly, perceived authority isn’t something we often think about. But when an educational channel has a presenter who seems like an expert, viewers are more likely to stay engaged than when the presenter is perceived as not knowing what they’re talking about. Which of these elements fits into which category is up for debate. What I want to challenge is the idea that retention is simple, or that it’s as simple as choosing the right content and making tight intros. Retention goes deep. It touches how humans perceive content, how their brain stays engaged, and what they’re looking for. Not only in the first segment, but also after they’ve had that initial satisfaction. If you want to improve retention on YouTube, my recommendation is to learn about everything. From storytelling, to script writing, to visualization techniques, to understanding how to analyze your retention charts. There’s a lot of depth to this. And that’s why many people, after years and years, are still learning new things about retention every single day. I’ve always been fascinated by retention, and I hope this may help build your fascination.

@Thewdesigner To me this TN would pair better with "Writing a (Adjective) Business Plan Using Ai in ( ___ Time)" because you use the term "Idea" in the thumbnail. If you wanted to keep the same term of "Research" my🧠 thinks of Books and/or Reports stacked high on a table.
