@ProfKindeya There are no Eritrean forces in Tigray. If there is, the ONLY other way to see them withdraw is by "implementing" the Pretoria Agreement in FULL. Disarm TPLF militants faster (DDR) so ENDF starts taking control of Tigray, particularly the border area. No shortcuts.
