That cheap Claude API is stealing everything on your machine. Chinese "transfer stations" sell Claude at 70-90% off. The trick: "One Fish, Three Meals" - Split corporate accounts across users - Sell "premium" while routing to cheaper models - Record every prompt to train domestic AI That third part is the danger. With a chatbot, they get your conversation. With Claude Code, they get your repo, credentials, architecture, and customer data. - Route an agent through an unverified proxy and you're handing a stranger your entire data stream. - Could they inject malicious instructions? - Scan for `.env` files? - Harvest AWS credentials? That's the real question. 90% savings isn't a bargain if it costs your code, prompts, security and infrastructure. Use AI aggressively. Just don't plug agentic tools into shady endpoints because they're cheap. By the way that's one of the reasons why Claude is asking for KYC and making so much mess to real consumers now.

Chinese students are buying GPT-5.4/5.5 and Claude API access from Xianyu/Taobao proxy sellers for almost 96-97% cheaper People are apparently burning 100M+ tokens a day for like $1 and vibecoding nonstop.

🚨 UPDATE: Mini Shai-Hulud has crossed from @npmjs into @pypi and is still spreading. Newly confirmed compromised artifacts: @opensearch-project/opensearch: 3.5.3, 3.6.2, 3.7.0, 3.8.0 (1.3M weekly downloads) mistralai: 2.4.6 on PyPI guardrails-ai: 0.10.1 on PyPI additional @squawk/* packages on npm guardrails-ai 0.10.1 executes malicious code on import. On Linux, it downloads git-tanstack[.]com/transformers.pyz, writes it to /tmp/transformers.pyz, and runs it with python3 without integrity verification. The git-tanstack.com domain displayed a message signed “With Love TeamPCP,” along with: “We've been online over 2 hours now stealing creds Regardless I just came to say hello :^)” The page also linked to a YouTube video and you can probably guess which one.

THIS GUY SWITCHED FROM CLAUDE CODE TO CODEX AND THE DIFFERENCE IS EMBARRASSING he was on the $200 claude code plan. tried to merge 2 entities which required a database migration. changing server, making tests pass, changing SDK, admin, and storefronts claude code failed for 2 straight days it was deleting things it shouldn't, stopping on its own to ask if it could proceed even though he couldn't have been clearer, deviating from explicit instructions then claude literally stated that it was MAD and ANNOYED the AI told him it was frustrated. and started coding like it too. just hacking things together at all costs trying to force a solution he decided to try codex 5.5 on the $100 plan codex merged the backend, made the tests pass, ran the init scripts, then used playwright to test admin and actual consumers. back to back. one shot. 10,000 lines of code refactored clean his words: "the comparison can't be put into percentages. claude code was around 5% there and codex nailed it" he said codex talked extremely clear, followed natural logic, and communicated like old claude code used to a company that wanted to destroy engineers will be forced to admit their main tool didn't do a good enough job to write itself rn, claude code is losing its most loyal power users one bad session at a time

🚨 BREAKING: Anthropic’s Most Dangerous Model Ever Breached By Hackers > anthropic builds a cyberweapon > calls it mythos > “can hack every major OS and browser” > dario: “we’re the safe & responsible ai lab” > “can’t release it to the public” > Mercor (their training contractor) gets breached > leaks anthropic’s model naming conventions > hackers guess the URL pattern > contractor credentials still work > they’re inside The group also has access to other unreleased Anthropic models. Not just Mythos. The whole pipeline. Anthropic’s statement: “investigating a report of access through one of our third-party vendor environments.” Mythos got breached on day one 💀

The Head of Claude Code at Anthropic said he hasn’t written code by hand in months. In 2 days he shipped 49 full features. All written 100% by AI. He just dropped a 30 min talk on exactly how he does it. Worth more than any $500 vibe coding course. Bookmark it:

Introducing Superblocks 2.0: AI-generated enterprise apps – finally under IT control. Vibe-coded apps just became the #1 attack vector in the enterprise. Business teams are building on production data, while IT has zero visibility. No reviews. No audits. No permissions. No control. AI hackers are about to get 100x better. Anthropic proved it with Mythos. Superblocks 2.0 is the only platform to take back control: > Business teams build AI-powered apps with permissions baked in. > IT and Security can audit everything and lock down anything, instantly. > Engineering sets the standards. Every app follows them. Instacart, SoFi, and LinkedIn run Superblocks in production today. And larger organizations we can't yet name are too: A Fortune 500 just shut down 2,500 Replit users to standardize on Superblocks, running the platform air-gapped in their AWS environment. A 150,000-employee global services firm replaced Lovable with Superblocks to unlock AI-built apps on restricted internal systems. Every IT leader we’ve demoed to using Replit, Lovable or v0 asked for early access. Today we open access to the world. The genie is out of the bottle on employee vibe coding. Let it run wild, or take back control – superblocks.com

idea forex in crypto is nonexistent, but [retail] forex fees IRL are insane (unless high tier bank account) > breakpoint in UK > seed GBP stable pool on SOL > work with SOL neobank cards (like Fuse) so no further conversion necessary (i.e VGBP -> USD -> GBP would be dumb) > everyone can now spend in foreign country without extractive forex fee > repeat for all currencies in all conference venues > congrats you now compete with Wise

If AI can now solve math, discover physics and chemistry breakthroughs faster than human PhDs, why are we still training humans to be physicists? Serious question. Should education shift from 'learn to do X' to 'learn to direct AI doing X'? The wrong direction costs a generation their careers.

🚨 Governments pay millions for this. Someone just open sourced it for free. It's called Crucix. It watches the entire world. And texts you when something changes. It pulls from 26 live data sources every 15 minutes and renders everything on a single Jarvis-style dashboard. Here's what it watches: → Satellite fire detection (NASA) → Live flight tracking → Radiation monitoring → Conflict zone events → Economic indicators from the Fed → Live market prices, crypto, oil, and commodities → Sanctions lists → Social sentiment from 17 Telegram intelligence channels → Maritime vessel tracking → News from GDELT and RSS feeds Here's what makes this one different: It's two-way. It pushes alerts to your Telegram and Discord. You text it back. Type /brief from your phone and get a full intelligence summary. Type /sweep to force a new scan. It responds like an assistant. It even generates trade ideas based on cross-domain signals. No cloud. No subscription. No telemetry. Runs on your machine. node server.mjs That's it. Your own intelligence terminal. This is the kind of setup that costs six figures behind closed doors. 100% Open Source. MIT License.
