Happy International Women's Day I want to thank all the incredible women who paved the way before me and whose shoulders I stand on and inspired me to take this journey. To all of the truly amazing women I work alongside currently, I am honoured to call so many of you friends and get to see you continue to trailblaze. And to all of the women who will come after too. I just hope we can make this industry a better place for you all, there's still a lot of work that needs to be done but I can't wait to see the next generation of women entering this amazing industry.
