@cozypront Also it is proven that our body follow the circadian rhythm or cycle with the solar time, meaning in the winter since there’s less sunlight ours it’s normal that your body feels more tired earlier. Age is also a big player in this department.

I was living during the night mostly Now I changed and living normally But I am always tired If I drink coffee in the morning I’ll still be tired at like 6/7pm already If I drink alcohol even more tired What’s the trick to waking up at like 7am and have energy till midnight
