If our European Friends and other partners cannot support this common sense and historical United Nations General Assembly resolution on slave trade as the gravest crime against humanity , how can they expect us to support resolutions that concern them.? The UN committee rooms and the GA plenary hall have a long memory.

Spent the day at the International Criminal Court in The Hague contributing to the conversation on justice and accountability. I had the opportunity to speak and share an African perspective in a space where global narratives are often shaped. Because justice cannot be truly global if it does not reflect the lived realities, histories, and voices of those most affected.

My mentor @UgLadyLawyer sent me to an NBI integrity event that started at 6:30am. The rainstorms found young lawyer me in a room full of great business minds and owners. May God bless that Lady for me🙏
