As a regular solo hiker, I have no clue how to make my body language non-threatening in these situations.
I usually just try to keep a few feet of distance, and either politely wave and smile, or keep stiff with my head locked forward like I'm on a mission down the trail.

I said, “If someone repents and stops promoting abusing kids then we encourage that and support them.” I do not say if a Christian commits a crime then they should not suffer criminal punishment. I clearly said I’m not a legal expert or know how that is handled in this situation. All I can do is call out immorality, like what David did, and how Muhammad raped a 9 year old.
