Aspiration of bile acids in the transplanted lung, a bigger problem that I thought it was? In this study, 90% of patients show bile acids at 3 months of transplant in BAL. Patients with high levels go on to develop CLAD or die at > 2X higher rate. jhltonline.org/article/S1053-…
