His name was Joan Sebastian Guerrero. He was from Colombia, authorized to work in the United States and had a Social Security number. Immigrant advocates say he was driving to work when ICE agents confronted him in his white Kia around 7:18 a.m. in Biddeford… FUCK ICE.

By that logic, EVERY crime is a policy failure …DUI deaths are preventable by banning cars, gun homicides are preventable by confiscation, every murder is preventable by some hypothetical enforcement regime that didn’t happen. You’ve built a standard that indicts all crime everywhere, then act shocked when someone points out it doesn’t isolate anything about immigration specifically. Rates aren’t a ‘dodge’ … they’re the entire point of risk assessment. If Group A commits X per capita and Group B commits Y per capita, and Y > X, that’s not apples to oranges, that’s the actual comparison you need to make an evidence based policy claim instead of a vibes based one.
