Markets correct quickly when value isn’t there. That hasn’t happened. Will it find equilibrium? Yes. But equilibrium doesn’t mean prices crash—it means the market gets more efficient. And that adjustment may come in ways people don’t expect: • Better allocation of dollars (stars vs. depth) • More performance-based structures • Increased institutional involvement and strategy • Separation between programs that generate ROI and those that don’t This isn’t a bubble—it’s a maturing market.
