Tonight I got my face scalded by an exploding cheese bratwurst on the grill. I may not live in Wisconsin anymore but that has to rank up there for most Wisconsin injury ever.

We have more horses than dairy cows in the US (9.5 vs 9 Million). Not to mention 163 Million dogs & cats consuming the equivalent amount of food as 70 Million people. Curious why cows but never horses, dogs or cats are in the news as an environmental issue. Food for thought.
