Session 4 of our male engagement forum in Kemakoba village marked a shift from talk to action! 💪 Participants created advocacy plans, defined roles, and set timelines for implementation, showing true ownership. This is where ideas become a real impact🔥 #MenAndBoysNetwork

Today, we take time to appreciate the NETFUND supported seedlings nurseries, including high-value tree nurseries, in West Pokot and Elgeyo Marakwet under the restoration of the Cherangany ecosystem project. These nurseries are more than just sources of seedlings; they are hubs of transformation, nurturing both indigenous and high-value tree species such as fruit and commercial trees that support livelihoods. Through the dedication of local communities, thousands of seedlings are being raised to restore degraded landscapes, protect vital water catchments, and enhance biodiversity. At the same time, the integration of high-value trees empowers communities economically, providing sustainable income opportunities while strengthening resilience. This initiative stands as a powerful model of conservation that not only restores ecosystems but also uplifts lives for generations to come.
