JOB MARKET WATCH: The most recent jobless claims showed a slight uptick. There's seasonality involved here and if you pan out, there's still a case to be made for the labor market's stabilization. The data this week has been fairly mixed, meaning it's probably still early to make a true call on which direction the market is headed. NFP report tomorrow is going to be watched closely.
