Love wild places - we need to look after them. Landscape photography is a passion.

Excited to be producing a book - Mountains of Torridon - a project I’ve been working on for some years. Such a special part of the world. Apart from images from/around Torridon, there will be another unifying theme throughout! Hope to have this ready later this year.

A belter of a day today in Torridon. So lovely to walk in golden light after sunrise through the morning. I had Beinn na h- Eaglaise all to myself - a wonderful vantage point. Pics need a click! #Torridon #Scotland #Grahams

Some nice light over Beinn Alligin and Baosbheinn beyond. I’m holding back the images I prefer for the book (Mountains of Torridon)

@_rossdavidson Thanks for sharing, Ross - wonderful conditions, and light. As you say, these experiences stay with you forever.

@AirdStirling That’s interesting. What elements, specifically, do you find to be a distraction? Yes, very much a matter of opinion.

“Darkest Night” I wonder what a six year old Ross would’ve made of this image. Adventure? Maybe. Scary? Probably. Bat-signal in the sky? Absolutely. The very last thought he would’ve had was that it was a photograph he would ever take himself. What a nice thought. #Scotland

@_rossdavidson Hi Ross - I love the mood/atmosphere which I think fits the location very well indeed. There’s a sense of mystery. And I like the Loch in the distance (which is a clue to the location!). V much a matter of opinion, but some aspects of the composition slightly distract my eye

Rain in Coire na Caime (North side of Liathach), Torridon. Such a majestic place.
