@airindia stuck in the plan for an hour now. AC not working. No clue when the flight will take off. And this is supposedly the best airline we have 🙄Flight AI 2609. Can we get some update?

@airindia why web check-in are not working with error related to seat allocation ? Yesterday I missed my flight since I couldn’t do web check-in and counter closed . I had selected my seat while booking ticket, despite that I got web check-in failure. Not fair!

Extremely disappointed with @airindia . My Nagpur–Delhi flight for tomorrow was confirmed, and I even used points to upgrade to business class. Now last moment I come to know my ticket got auto-canceled without any reason. This is unacceptable and feels like harassment.
