Hi @bookingcom , I paid for an accommodation in December after speaking with their customer care, but after the transaction was done, I was told the property is unavailable. It’s been 4 months, and despite sharing all legal documents & bank transcripts, I still haven’t received a refund. Everybody should watch out for websites like booking.com which are scamming users of lakhs of ruppees
