Part 2 von CSM ist ja so fkn unnötig durch dieses Ende. Man hätte das auch in Part 1 so beenden können. Also wow. Ich will keinem zu nahe treten, aber CSM Part 2 ist durch das Ende noch beschissener geworden als es eh schon war. Kp wie man sowas feiern kann.

Nowhere near the worst endings I've read, but I guess for a lot of newer readers, Chainsaw Man could be one of the few manga they've been following for 5+ years so there's not much to compare it with. Been a fan of Fujimoto since Fire Punch so looking forward to his next work.

Wisst ihr was das Problem mit Streaming beim Auto fahren deutlich reduzieren würde. Eine Vertragsstrafe im hohen 5 stelligen Bereich, dazu 1 Jahr auf Bewährung und Führerschein Entzug so wie eine verpflichtende Wiederholung der Prüfung. Glaube das würde manche schon motivieren.

@CampfireCaramel It recontextualized the entire series for me personally, pochita saying that Denji was using chainsawman as a sort of coping mechanism that was destroying everyone around him to the last chapter seeing him drop the chainsaw to help Asa not fall. He grew. That was the point to me

While I liked the chainsawman ending it was pretty obvious Fujimoto just got kinda tired with chainsawman. It sucks it had to end the way it did but despite it all I think he stuck the landing

I mean this fully seriously CSM ending might be the closest anyone has come to doing Evangelion TV Episode 26 again

Opinions vary among readers, though. I enjoyed Part 2, so I don’t have any major complaints.

Yeah I'm pretty content with Chainsaw Man after that chapter. Like this new status quo could be used for a Part 3, but it also gives all these characters a peaceful, happier ending where they can all live their normal lives. I think I'm good on seeing them suffer again?

Even though this is not the ending I was expecting, somehow I’m very happy to see Denji living happily somewhere with Power and Nayuta. I did want Asa’s story to be completed, though. I don’t mind this ending at all. All the suffering is kind of over for Denji.
